Women: would you prefer a wood or tile dining room floor?

Problem by betitodetroit: Females: would you prefer a wood or tile dining place flooring?
I acquired a fixer upper home that i will eventually offer....Would you desire a tile or wooden floor?
If i utilised tile, i would use a light/ maple ish coloration that looked like a stone..it wouldnt be shinny and slick, it would be more "organic" like stone
If i employed wooden I would use all-natural or brownish tinted oak.
