Decide on an accent colour & add points to each rooms with that coloration. For instance, say you choose red, add things to each and every room with red like rugs (they do not have to match specifically...1 could be a sound red & I with a red print), pillows, seat cushions, wall artwork, candles, and so forth. Add some related items to every single space like mirrors, plants, etc.
