I want to add red and black to my living room?

Question by Haley R: I want to include red and black to my living area?
I have sage green carpet and creamy yellowish walls in my dwelling space. would it look ok if I painted one wall red and painted my amusement center along with two shelves that I have, black to include a rustic region really feel?

That red sounds like it will truly clash and the black will appeal to a Lot of dust (I know trigger I am residing with that mistake). Your walls and carpet sound excellent with each other and if you really want an accent wall I may opt for a darker green or possibly a maroon. The black will look terrific, but you will be dusting every single other day or so.
