I would really like to start off baking cakes. Men and women inform me my cakes are to die for and I beautify them so fairly but the cakes from a recipe that is in a cookbook . I don't want to get into difficulties...so my question is "can I start a home business decorating cakes with recipes that i did not make up?

I feel you need to seek advice from a lawyer... see if they are patented...and if you've modified them in anyway to make them "Yours"....
