we were married and lived in california during the entire marriage.She has her green card. My question is are there Special rules with re guards to spousal support if she is not living in this country? I am making about $ 6200.00 a month and the judge hit me with a $ 1900.00 a month temp spousal support order. she only claimed $ 850.00 a month on her monthly expense report. and at least $ 500.00 of that was false. she is living room and board free in her parents house. just as she was before our marriage. is there any hope for me? i live in California.

Hire a lawyer, and do it today. This sounds like too much money to pay her!
