Anyone know what kind of ladder do you use to paint exterior of your house on a slope second floor?

Question by Jack: Anyone know what kind of ladder do you use to paint exterior of your house on a slope second floor?
I am trying to paint my shutters on second floor and putting a ladder on the slope is extremely unstable, I tried it already and amost broke my neck. TY!
Do you recall what the ladder is called so I can look it up pls? (o:

They make a ladder outset, which you can adjust to fit the house or the roof and it keeps you about 1.5 feet away from the house for painting. this attaches to an aluminum step ladder. and can be used around the shutters.
